Lavender Wand Creation with Franc 1884

“Premiers Gestes” is a gentle and immersive two-hour art session introducing
participants to the art of crafting lavender wands, traditionally woven with
ribbons.

Held in an intimate and relaxed setting, the experience begins
with an introduction to the history and savoir-faire behind these fragrant
objects. Participants are guided through a series of demonstrations, from
rustic lavender wands to more refined ribbon-woven designs.
Each gesture is revealed step by step, highlighting both technique and
material. Guests are then invited to create their own lavender wand,
choosing their ribbon colors and exploring different weaving styles at their
own pace. The art session encourages a sensory and creative experience,
blending fragrance, craftsmanship, and personal expression.
